Donald E. Pearson, M.D.

Dr. Pearson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and his doctorate of medicine degree from the University of Miami. He served with the U.S. Navy as a general medical officer and was attached to the U.S. Marine Corps. He then completed his surgical and orthopaedic residencies at the University of Miami. Dr. Pearson is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Paul J. Maluso, M.D.

Dr. Maluso received his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in Easton Pennsylvania and his doctorate of medicine degree from the New Jersey Medical School and completed his surgical and orthopaedic residencies at the Albany Medical Center Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Combined Experience

Dr. Pearson and Dr. Maluso are licensed by the state of Florida to practice medicine and are members of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Florida Medical Association, Orange County Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, and other associations. They are both on the staff of Columbia Park Medical Center, Florida Hospital, Orlando Regional Healthcare Systems, Sand Lake Hospital, Florida Hospital Kissimmee, Health Central Hospital, and the Same Day Surgical Centers of Orlando and Kissimmee. Dr. Pearson and Dr. Maluso are certified laser arthroscopists with experience encompassing the Holmium laser. In addition they exceed the licensing requirements for continuing medical education as well as all other state requirements. They have extensive experience in arthroscopy, fracture care, total joint replacements, spine and disk surgery, sports medicine, and trauma.
